The Phelps Family Benefit, Hope, healing, and help for a deserving family navigating an unfathomable loss.

Benefit: November 16th, 2018

Location: Butler County High School Chili Supper: 5:00 pm ($6.00--chili, hotdog, drink, chips, & dessert)

Auction and Singing: 6:00 pm

The Loss
When Ashley Phelps faced cancer for the second time, she did it with grace, dignity, and courage. An already strong woman made even fiercer by her love of three precious daughters and a husband that adored her. She was called home September 5th, and her shattered family is left bereft, facing crushing heartache and the burden and stress of staggering medical debts.

Our Mission
We are blessed with a tight-knit community that is desperate to pitch in and help any way that we can. We want to restore hope, ease obligations, and assist the family with financial pressure. We will gather to host a fundraiser at Butler County High School this November the 16th. We will begin our evening with a delicious chili supper ($6 tickets for the meal) at five pm. Special items and first bids on Silent Auction items will start at the supper. At seven pm, our talented local singers will take the stage, as we conduct a silent auction, bake sale, and items to be raffled. Live auctions will take place between performances. All proceeds with go directly to the bereaved.

We Need You
Together, we can accomplish so much to assist this family. We are currently signing up talent to perform and gathering donations of goods and services from local merchants. Several organizations have pledged baskets to auction off, and we will happily accept direct contributions as well.

We also hope to see you and yours at the benefit as well. It will be an uplifting evening of great food and glorious entertainment; a gathering of good-hearted and generous community members lifting up a loving family that is in serious need of our support. Together, we can assist them in their time of sorrow, help ease their burdens, and show them compassion.
