I have been trying to get myself ready for Thanksgiving and the coming days of eating. I don’t want to miss the great foods, and I don’t want to make myself miserable. So, I am working on my mindset. One day doesn’t ruin us: moving in a healthy direction is the main objective.

I plan to enjoy the holidays. One meal, one day, or one week of holiday foods does not mean I can’t make healthy choices. I just have to give myself grace for those holiday meals, re-focus on my health, and re-start those healthy practices – the sooner, the better.
