New Upgrades to Firehouse Pizza

Owners Eric and Tosha Sublett have worked over the past several years to continually expand and improve their restaurant, Firehouse Pizza.  Even today they continue to surprise their customers and community.  The restaurant will be closed from be closed beginning June 13th to install one of the final pieces to their upgrade, the piece de resistance, the kitchen.  Currently the target reopening date is July 1st, right in time for the holiday.

Considering this is where all the magic happens it makes sense that the next step is to upgrade the kitchen to better serve their customers.  Throughout the years we have seen them update the dining area, install an ice cream bar, and most recently offer the wide range of spirits on tap.  The Power Couple of Pizza even updated their side alley to better accommodate their customers in the summer so they would have a place to offer outdoor entertainment.

One thing that is constant with the entrepreneurs’, is that they are always striving to improve their community by giving their customers a great dining experience with all of the modern amenities without ever having to leave Butler County.  Being a regular patron myself, I can truly say that this restaurant is not just a place to eat, its ambiance has become a huge part of our community.  Families, friends, sports teams, and several other groups regularly come to Firehouse as a place to hang out.  It’s not uncommon once weather permits to see people of all ages and backgrounds hanging out in the alley or in lawn chairs enjoying a car show.

Be patient while the crew at Firehouse works to get the new kitchen installed and upgraded.  As we have seen in the past it will be worth the wait and they will not disappoint.  Eric and Tosha look forward to seeing everyone from the community come by once the expansion is complete!
