One business is expanding and a new business is coming to Morgantown.  Dirt is being moved for the new Dollar General Store.  The store will be located on U.S. 231 South (Main Street) between Hood's Market and Sonic. The new store will be a Dollar General Store Market.

Workers are preparing to tear down, what many refer to as, the Johnny Dalton building on the corner of G.L. Smith and Tyler Street for a new automotive parts store.  According to city officials, a new building will be built as the future home of Advance Auto Parts.
