North Butler Elementary recently celebrated their Leaders In Me for the month of January and their first Overall Leader of the Month, Lataisha Fields. Congratulations to all the students.

“Lataisha had an excellent month in which she had a defining event in which she showed great leadership and responsibility; this stood out to me. I was so very proud of her, presenting her with Leader of the Month was very rewarding for me because she truly earned it. She is just one shining example of a child who has responded to the Leader in Me and has exhibited the 7 habits in her life. This was the first student we have ever given the title of overall student of the month, I hope we will have more in the future.” – Mr. Belcher
