Mudd Family Top Off Concert Series

The second season of concerts on the square wrapped up Saturday with some of the best family gospel harmony around. Mark Mudd with his wife Rebecca and son Jacob sang to a delighted audience at the middle school gym after fall like temperatures arrived on Saturday.

Mudd, bass singer for the Crossmen quartet, sang a variety of his favorites before being joined by his family. The applause was loud and often.

Their website is www.markmudd.com and they are now scheduling dates for next year with this year nearly filled. “According to the date you pick you either get me as solo or the whole family, “said Mark.

The entire concert on the square series is sponsored in part by the Morgantown-Butler County Tourism Commission. According to commission member Doug Odle, the concerts will resume in the spring.
