MPD Officers Assaulted

On December 2nd at approximately 1 am 0fficers of the Morgantown Police Department were dispatched to a domestic disturbance on the Exit 29 ramp on South Main. Officers made contact with a Jerry St Clair age 27 of Morgantown Ky. St Clair was charged with Assault 3rd Degree On A Police Officer (2)counts, Assault 3rd Degree On A Correctional employee, Terroristic Threatening 3rd Degree (3) Counts, Resisting Arrest, Menacing, Alcohol Intoxication In a Public Place, and disorderly conduct.
St Clair was lodged in the Butler County Jail.

Morgantown Police was assisted by Butler County Sheriff's Department, Kentucky Fish And Wildlife, and Butler County EMS.
