On September 15, at approximately 11:00 am the Morgantown Police Department was assisting Kentucky Probation and Parole at 321 Teddy Ave.

Amanda Flener, age 33 of Morgantown, the investigation subject, was found with a quantity of cash, suspected methamphetamine, and several drug paraphernalia items for trafficking.

Flener is charged with trafficking a controlled substance, 1st-degree 1st offense (<2 gms meth), drug paraphernalia, and is lodged in the Butler County Jail.
