On August 15th, Morgantown Police Department Sgt. Denny Deweese and Chief Giles Taylor responded to room 106 at the Green River Lodge regarding a complaint.  While on the scene through investigation, it was determined that two individuals Tammathy Faye Smith, 42, and Cody Aaron Alfaro, 22, had active arrest warrants.  Both were arrested and lodged in the Butler County Jail and were later tranferred to Warren County Jail.
