MPD: Drug Arrests

On June 23rd at approximately 4:02pm, Officers of the Morgantown Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Ottis White St. Through investigation, Alicia Brown, age 24 of Morgantown KY and Madison Westmoreland, age 19 of Morgantown KY were arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property (Firearm), Poss Cont Sub 1st Deg 1st Off (Methamphetamine), Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess and Trafficking In Cont Sub 1st Deg 1st Off - (> or = 2 GMS Methamphetamine). Additionally Alicia Brown was charged with Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operators License and Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon. Both Alicia Brown and Madison Westmoreland were lodged at the Butler County Jail.
