Officers with the Morgantown Police were dispatched to a possible burglary at 307 Teddy Ave. in Morgantown, Kentucky. Thru investigation the officers made contact with the owner of the residence, and made entry. A male subject was found inside and identified as Christopher Rubino age 49 of Morgantown. Rubino was charged with burglary 2nd and lodged in the Butler County Jail.
Assisting on the scene were Deputies from the Butler County Sheriff's Office.
