Concessions, bouncy castles and music will begin at 5:30 p.m. There will be free pool admission all day May 21, Morgantown City Administrator Jerrod Barks said.

The event will be held at Charles Black City Park between the softball and soccer fields. Concessions will be made available at the concession with water, popcorn and popsicles for free.

Handicapped individuals will need to use the ball fields parking lot as the other requires stairs, Barks said. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or fold out chairs. People on blankets will be able to sit up closer as chairs would block view, Barks noted.
