Morgantown Care and Rehabilitation Center celebrated the National Day of Prayer Thursday with a service at their facility. 

A number of special guests, including state senator C.J. Embry, residents, employees, families and communities gathered to pray for the world around them. 

“We are proud to be part of a movement that joins people of all faiths, traditions, and cultures in the practice of prayer,” said facility administrator/CEO Amy Phelps. 

Elders from MCRC delivered prayers of confession, for youth and families, for those who suffer and grieve, for friends, neighbors, co-workers, strangers local and national leaders, for ourselves and for the world.
