A splendid year has been had by the Morgantown Care and Rehab Volunteer Program! A record 37 medalists from the Presidential Awards exceeded and goal that may have been set. Varying age groups required different numbers of hours for recognition. There were 4 gold medalists, 13 silver, and 20 bronze recipients. We are so proud of these and other folks who have contributed.

Silver medalists include Matthew Embry, Gaylen Givens, Earl Hartlerode, Iris Moore, Eddie Neighbors, Roger Southerland, Thomas F. White, Charles Wilson, Aberdeen Baptist Church Youth, Barnett's Lick Baptist Church, Butler County High School FCCLA, Morgantown Elementary School and Oak Ridge Baptist Church.

Groups and individuals require different hours to qualify, but our silver medal individuals racked up 2,357 hours- a fantastic total! Our groups that competed on the silver medal level compiled 3,165 hours, a feat unequaled previously by MCRC.
