Construction to begin March 24; Completion expected in January 2026 MORGANTOWN, Ky. (March 20, 2025)– Morgantown Bank & Trust is proud to announce the construction of a new state-of-the-art office in Morgantown, a multimillion-dollar project that represents a significant investment in the future of the bank and the city. The new 14,200-square-foot facility will be built at 202 N. Main Street, the site of the current employee parking lot, directly across from the bank’s existing Main Office at 201 N. Main Street. A skywalk will connect the new building to the Data Center at 208 N. Main Street, creating a cohesive campus designed to enhance efficiency and convenience. Once construction is complete, the current Main Office will be demolished and converted into an employee parking lot and community green space.

More than 30 employees will work at the new office and Data Center.

Construction is set to begin on March 24, with completion expected by January 2026. K4 Architecture + Design designed the project and will oversee its construction. Bluegrass Building Consultants will serve as the General Contractor.
