Morgantown, Ky. – Morgantown Bank & Trust announced today a combined donation to the Butler County Boys & Girls Club and the Butler County Animal Shelter, made possible through proceeds from a recent online auction of furnishings from the bank’s former Main Office location.

Each organization received a donation of $4,775.00, supporting their continued efforts to serve the Butler County community and provide essential resources to those in need.

In addition to the bank’s contributions, Sandy Mills of Mills Real Estate & Auction Company and Bruce White of White Real Estate presented a donation of $477.70 to both the Butler County Boys & Girls Club and the Butler County Animal Shelter, further expanding the impact of this community initiative.

A check presentation recognizing these contributions was held Tuesday, July 7 at Morgantown Bank & Trust’s Main Office, located at 202 N. Main Street in Morgantown.

These two organizations are at the heart of Butler County, showing up every day to support families and care for animals, quietly carrying the kind of work that holds a community together. These donations aim to further strengthen those efforts and highlight the importance of continued community investment.
