Exactly six years ago to August 7, 2016, Living Proof performed at Monticello Baptist Church's homecoming. This past Sunday, Monticello Baptist Church celebrated its homecoming. Monticello Baptist Church is in its 217th year.

Gospel group Living Proof returned to bring the Word via song.

Melissa Stove from Mississippi, Tina Barber, and Steve Barber make up Living Proof. Their style, as they described it, is gumbo: a little bit of everything. Their setlist was certainly proof of that. They brought classic gospel music, modern style, and even a little Tony Bennet, Michael Buble style in one song.

After the singing, Bro. Randy Burns brought the message, followed by a fellowship meal.

Monticello Baptist Church was established in 1805.
