A drug arrest resulted from an ongoing investigation in Morgantown.  Autumn S. Davis (DOB 3/21/89) of 305 Dave Gaskey Lane, Morgantown was arrest on April 27.  Davis was at 211 Sawmill Road when police, Butler County Sheriff Deputy Chris Reneer and Morgantown Police Officer Brian Ward, came to the home.  The owner of the residence gave verbal consent to a search.

A pill bottle with two baggies of suspected meth was found under a bed.  The substance field tested positive for meth and Davis confirmed the substance was meth and belonged to her.  Davis was charged with possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense, and lodged in the Butler County Jail.
