5. What made you decide to run for this office?

I want to serve the residents of Butler County and be a voice for the community where I was born and raised. I want to establish a role for myself in our community and be a leader the people can rely on. As someone who has lived the majority of their life in Butler County, I want to make an everlasting impact on those that live here, and those that will live here in the future.

6. What are your main qualifications for this office? 

I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Western Kentucky University’s Gordon Ford College of Business. I believe my diverse knowledge and experience in economics, sales, client relations and leadership will positively impact my ability to serve as Magistrate for Butler County. 

7. If elected, what changes/improvements would you hope to bring to the office?

My appointment to the role of Magistrate would be a positive change in itself. I plan to bring a new perspective to this position, while maintaining our rich and proud heritage in Butler County. My primary focus would be the cares and concerns of the citizens. I recognize the importance and the value of the community’s input. For Butler County to prosper as a community, we must continue improving and prioritizing our construction, operations and maintenance of county buildings, roads and other properties to improve resident’s quality of life and display our beautiful corner of the world. This would include reevaluation of county funds and county departments, ensuring finances are appropriately dispersed in a prioritized process. I want Butler County to be a place we are all proud to be from. I want to be a part of the solution for growth in our community.

8. In summary, why should voters cast their ballot for you?

I’m confident that my education, knowledge and skillset will provide the positive change the people of the 1^st District are looking for in the position of Magistrate. I intend to be a servant of the people in Butler County, not just another member of staff.
