Residents of Morgantown Care and Rehab were called upon Wednesday afternoon to judge a quilt show as the quilts were placed throughout the lobby area for viewing. Two winners, residents’ choice and staff’s choice, earned the honor of public display. Entries from staff member Helen Phelps won both divisions.
