McDaniels arrested on drug charges, additional warrants served

On April 3rd at approximately 9:15 pm officers of the Morgantown Police Department and Deputies of the Butler County Sheriff’s Office, responded to 412 N. Main St about a subject with felony warrants inside.

Upon confirming the subject was inside the residence, entry was made, and John Doe McDaniel age 59 of Morgantown, KY was arrested. Charges include possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified), drug paraphernalia- buy/possess, and possession of marijuana.
McDaniel is lodged at the Butler County Jail where three felony warrants were served.
