MORGANTOWN, Ky. (Feb. 28, 2025) – Morgantown Bank & Trust continues its commitment to supporting local schools and organizations through the Spirit Card program, contributing a total of $18,413.49 to 16 organizations in 2024. In the fourth quarter alone, $6,504.99 was donated to participating schools and programs in Morgantown and Bowling Green, with checks presented this week.

The Spirit Card program is an initiative that allows cardholders to support education and community programs with every purchase. By simply selecting “credit” at checkout, cardholders generate donations at no cost to themselves or the schools. Contributions are paid quarterly, directly benefiting schools and programs in the community.

Since its inception in 2013, the Spirit Card program has raised $315,839.25 for local education and community initiatives.
