A Butler County man is behind bars after turning himself in to police Wednesday morning. Doy Shannon Beasley, 45, is lodged in the Butler County Jail and has been charged with kidnapping-adult and rape, 1st degree-domestic violence; both are felonies. Beasley is being held on a $100,000 cash bond. Both the Butler County and Grayson County Sheriff's Departments have been looking for Beasley since the incident that occurred on May 16 at 359 Dockery Ridge Road.
