Madison R. Embry, daughter of Sheri P. Embry and Richard Embry and senior at Butler County High, has had many experiences in school and the community.  She has been active as BCHS Student Council as President, Beta Club as President, FCCLA, FBLA, and the foreign language club. Other activities include Students United in Performing Arts, Renaissance Leadership, yearbook staff, Principal’s Advisory Council, Science Club and student tutoring.

Madison’s community service includes working for the Butler County Public Library, Butler County Middle School Library, and her church Easter Cantata. Madison also attended the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership seminar.  She has also worked for the Banner, Beech Tree News and the football team in photography. Madison attended the Governor’s Scholars Program in the summer of  2011.

We are proud to have a student with her abilities, and leadership as our Good Citizen for the Butler County DAR Chapter.

We will be recognizing our Good Citizen and others that have achieved recognition locally and on the state level April 26, 2012 at the Butler County Education Complex at 7:00 PM.
