Easton Mason, Morgantown, Kentucky resident named to Berea College Dean's List

 

Easton Mason, a resident of Morgantown, Kentucky, has been named to the Fall 2022 Dean's List at Berea College.

A student is named to the Dean's List who achieves a GPA of 3.4 or higher while passing at least four total credits, a course load equivalent to 16 semester hours.

Berea College is distinctive in higher education. Offering bachelor's degrees in 34 majors, including arts and sciences and select professional programs, as well as independent majors designed by students to mirror approved majors at other colleges, Berea College awards four-year tuition scholarships to all its students, who because of financial circumstances cannot otherwise afford a high-quality, residential, liberal arts education.

With the recent completion of the fall semester, several local students have been recognized for their academic accomplishments.  Owensboro Community and Technical College is honoring nine students, the University of the Cumberlands is recognizing two students, and Campbellsville University is honoring three students.

OCTC President's List, Fall 2022

OWENSBORO, KY -- The Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC) President's List recognizes the academic excellence of full-time students in Fall 2022 earning all A grades in at least 12 hours of course work numbered 100 or above.

OCTC Dean's List, Fall 2022

OWENSBORO, KY -- The Owensboro Community & Technical College (OCTC) Dean's List recognizes the academic excellence of students in Fall 2022 who earned at least a 3.5 grade point average (GPA) while completing 12 hours or more of coursework numbered 100 or above. Part-time students enrolled in 3 to 11 credit hours with a cumulative 3.5 GPA and successfully completed a total of at least 15 KCTCS semester credits of coursework numbered 100 or above.

Hannah Chaney named to Dean's List for Fall 2022

WILLIAMSBURG, KY -- In recognition of academic performance, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs at University of the Cumberlands has announced the students named to the Dean's List for the fall 2022 semester.

To be eligible for the Dean's List, students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours (a full course load), maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50, and be in good academic standing.

Caroline Cardwell named to President's List for Fall 2022

WILLIAMSBURG, KY– In recognition of academic performance, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs at University of the Cumberlands has announced the students named to the President's List for the fall 2022 semester.

To be eligible for the President's List, students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours (a full course load), maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 4.0, receive an "A" grade in UC Engage, and be in good academic standing. (Note: All students who are named to the President's List automatically make the Dean's List, since the Dean's List requires a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5; however, Cumberlands only lists students on either the Dean's List or the President's List, to avoid overlap.)

The academic honors list recognizes students who achieve a grade point average of 3.50 or above for the semester with a course load of at least 12 hours. The Fall 2022 academic honors list includes a total of 874 students, with 364 named to the President's List for achieving a 4.0 grade point average and 510 named to the Dean's List for achieving a 3.5 to 3.99 GPA.
