Laurie Keen Photography to open studio in Morgantown

With a growing photography business since 2007, Laurie Keen plans to take the next step and open a studio in Morgantown. A grand opening is set for tomorrow - Saturday, February 13 - at 125 West G.L. Smith Street, Suite B - just down from Bill Hood's True Value Hardware. The event will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Keen hopes the studio will help to expand her business.

"By having a studio in Morgantown, I will be able to offer many different types of sessions in a professional atmosphere, from newborns, seniors, family, business portraits, church directories, etc.," said Keen. "I will be able to offer not only outdoor portraits in the city of Morgantown and surrounding areas, but I will be able to offer natural light sessions and studio light sessions. The difference in the two will depend on the time of day and I can be available to do any type of session as needed."

Initially, business hours will be by appointment only but Keen plans to be easy to reach through her website (www.lauriekeenphotography.com), e-mail ([email protected]), as well as through Facebook and Instagram. She can be reached by phone at 270-999-4173.

"I am very excited about this opportunity and pray it will grow where I will be able to meet all professional photography needs for anyone. I strive in my business to meet every need and I want every customer to have the greatest customer service possible," said Keen. "I want to be available for easier pickups, easy travel to and from sessions, and have a location where I can meet with clients to discuss future business.
