BROWNSVILLE — The Butler County Middle School sixth grade girls' basketball team won the Hinson Electric Invitational Championship at Edmonson County on Saturday, Nov. 1.

The Lady Bears excelled throughout the Hinson Electric Invitational. Several players contributed to the Butler County Middle School sixth grade girls' basketball team's championship-clinching performance.  

Lady Bears Marley Phelps and Zaeleigh Russ were both selected as Hinson Electric Invitational Most Valuable Players.
