Kiersten Foit and Kara McFadyen to Serve on the 4-H Leadership Board

Kiersten Foit, daughter of Amanda and Kevin Hayduk and Dr. Robert Foit, and Kara McFadyen, daughter of Ross and Karen McFadyen, have been selected to serve on the 4-H Science, Engineering and Technology (SET) Leadership Board.

The fastest growing jobs of the future are in the science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields.  Yet the United States is falling behind other countries in these areas. 4-H is engaging youth in opportunities to get them excited about science. The Kentucky 4-H SET Teen Board gives teens real-world experience in SET, leadership, and provides youth a voice to the direction of the Kentucky 4-H program.

Congratulations to both Kiersten and Kara for being selected to serve!
