K.H.S.A.A. Playoffs: Butler County vs. Ballard Memorial

The Butler County Bears, 7-3 overall and 3-1 in district play will host a first round K.H.S.A.A. State playoff game as the #2 seed and runner-up in Class 2A, District Two/Region One. The opponent for the third year in a row will be the Ballard Memorial Bombers from far western Kentucky.

Ballard Memorial is the #3 seed with a 5-5 overall record and 1-2 district record with losses to Mayfield and Murray. Its only district win was over Webster County.

Here is a quick look at the first round Class 2A playoff games in Region 1 for this Friday night, November 4.

The Butler County-Ballard Memorial game is Friday, November 4th. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. In 2014 the Bombers came in and upset the Bears 18-14, whiles in 2015, the Bears won 42-21.

General Admission is set at $6. Coaching cards are accepted for the card holder ONLY. Butler County season ticket holder's admission expires at the end of the regular season and are void in the post-season.

The game will be aired live on WLBQ 101.5 with John Embry, Cody Donaldson, and Jeremy Davis.
