MORGANTOWN, KY. (April  03, 2025) – At just after 6:00 P.M. the Kentucky State Police Post 03 Bowling Green received a call from Butler County Sheriff’s Office regarding a sexual abuse Investigation. Upon further investigation contact was made with Matthew Neighbors, 27, of Morgantown. Mr. Neighbors was arrested and charged with the following charges:

 - Incest

 - Sexual abuse 1st Degree

The investigation is ongoing and will be led by Detective Jason Warinner.
