FRANKFORT, April 8, 2019 – Rep. Steve Sheldon, R-Bowling Green, on the House Floor on March 13, discussing SB 50, which would require the reporting of dispensing a prescription for RU-486, or similar drugs that are intended to end a pregnancy, to the Vital Statistics Branch. SB 50 would also require abortion pill reversal information to be provided to patients at the time the prescription is dispensed so that patients can be informed of all of their options.
