On April 16, 2013, at 6:45 P.M., Kentucky State Police Trooper Brian McKinney responded to the William Natcher Parkway regarding a single vehicle injury collision.

According to Trooper McKinney, Anneta Fields, (70) Hendersonville, TN was operating a 2008 Ford south on the William Natcher Parkway at the 35 mile point. Ms Fields dropped off left shoulder, over corrected crossing both southbound lanes. She then struck an embankment, overturned at least one time, and struck a guardrail. She came to final rest on her passenger side and became entrapped. Ms Fields was freed by mechanical means and flown by Air Evac to Vandy with back, arm, and chest pain.

Trooper Brian McKinney is investigating this collision. Tpr. McKinney was assisted on scene by the Butler Sheriff’s Office, Butler Co. EMS, Air Evac, Morgantown Fire Dept. and Butler Co Rescue Squad.
