RUSSELLVILLE — Remaining in the win column, Butler County shut out host Russellville 2-0 in a late-season high school volleyball match on Tuesday, Oct. 11.

Butler County pulled away to win convincingly. Winning back-to-back games, Butler County beat Russellville 25-11, 25-14.

Lily Glass (2 kills, 1 service ace), Haley Merideth (2 kills, 8 assists, 6 service aces), Evanna Martin (3 service aces), Sammie Johnson (1 kill, 2 digs, 2 service aces), Maelyn Bilicki (2 kills, 1 dig), Carley Jones (2 kills, 5 assists, 3 service aces), Alyssa Thacker (3 kills, 1 dig) and Raegan Tuck (1 kill, 1 block) each contributed for Butler County in the shutout win.

Butler County fell to Foundation Christian Academy in the regular season finale on Thursday, Oct. 13. The Lady Bears will face off against Whitesville Trinity on Monday,
