MORGANTOWN - Butler County blanked visiting Cloverport 2-0 in a high school volleyball regular season finale on Thursday, Oct. 15, 

The victory allowed Butler County to move back above the .500 mark. 

With the win, Butler County improved to 7-6.

Cloverport dropped to 3-13 with the loss. 

Butler County won 25-16, 25-10.

Delaina Flener (5 kills, 5 digs, 3 service aces), Kayla Green (4 kills, 2 service aces), Cassidy Parker (2 kills, 7 assists, 3 service aces), Lexa Johnson (2 kills, 1 service ace), Autumn Gidcumb (1 kill, 5 digs, 4 service aces), Grace Embry (1 kill), Alexis Burdin (8 assists, 1 dig, 1 service ace) and Abigail Dockery (3 digs, 1 service ace) contributed for Butler County in the shutout win. 

Butler County returned to the win column following back-to-back losses.
