Mowing

The Housing Authority of Morgantown (HAM) invites quotes for the 2024 mowing season. Details of the included sites can be obtained commencing February 1st, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. by emailing [email protected] or calling 270-999-1395. The deadline to submit a quote is by the end of the business day on February 22nd, 2024.

Architectural & Engineering Services

The Housing Authority of Morgantown (HAM) invites proposals from qualified Architectural/Engineering firms or individuals to provide architectural and engineering services in connection with the HAM’s public housing development operations for the next funding year 4/1/24-3/30/25. The successful proposer will be licensed by all governing agencies and will have the appropriate academic qualifications in Architecture or Engineering.

Copies of the Requests for Proposals and its documents may be obtained commencing February 1st, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. by emailing [email protected] or calling 270-526-3873. Proposals must be made using the format in the instructions.  All other proposals may be rejected as being non-responsive. HAM reserves the right to reject all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposals. Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (45) days without the consent of the Board of Commissioners of the HAM. Proposals are due to the HAM office no later than end of business on February 22nd, 2024.  

Auditing Services

The Housing Authority of Morgantown invites proposals for Auditing Services for the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2024. Proposals must be made using the format in the instructions.  All other proposals may be rejected as being non-responsive.
