HOSA: National Bound

Butler County ATC is proud to announce that three of their students will be attending the National HOSA Leadership Conference in June of this year. HOSA is a club known as Health Occupation Students of America. It is designed for students who are interested in working in the healthcare field.

From March 6th – March 9th nine HOSA members traveled to Louisville, KY to compete in the HOSA Spring Leadership conference. Every student put forth tremendous effort and done a fabulous job.

Winners from the Spring Leadership Conference are as follows: Mahkala Burden and Meagan Phelps – 1st Place in Forensic Medicine and Sierra Field- 3rd place in Prepared Speaking. These students will compete in the National HOSA Leadership Conference June 26th – June 29th in Nashville, TN, at the Opryland Hotel.
