Honoring Those Who Didn't or Can't Make It Back

National POW/MIA Recognition Day is every third Friday of September and is one of six days that the POW/MIA flag can be flown. This year Butler County High School ROTC cadets honored all the men and women who were prisoners of war and the ones who are still missing in action by setting up a POW/MIA table in the commons area, this represents those servicemen who cannot be with us today.

Two cadets were on post at the table at all times not moving a muscle until relieved by another cadet. The Butler County High School NJROTC did an excellent job respecting and honoring the servicemen and we all hope that they return to us safe and sound as soon as possible.
