Butler County Homemakers' President Tammy Alford, member Sherry Johnson, and Tracy Thronton, the Family & Consumer Science Agent for Butler County, presented Morgantown Mayor Billy Phelps and Butler County Judge-Executive Tim Flener with a check to represent the volunteer hours of the Butler County Homemakers.
