Holiday Wreath Workshop

Freida T's Flowers and the Butler County Extension Office teamed up to present a two-hour class on making a wreath from cedar limbs, holly, pine cones, and many other items.

Emily and Jennifer Hunt are the owners and designers; they have a one-acre tree farm near Davis Crossroads where their grandfather Clayton Hunt once raised vegetables.

The name for the business came from their grandmother, whom Clayton always lovingly referred to as Freida T.

In just two hours, buckets of cedar limbs, holly, and many other items were transformed into beautiful wreaths.

Freida T's specialty is floral arrangements for weddings and special events; whenever possible, they use flowers they have grown on the farm.

They offer wedding planning and day of coordinating services.
