HIGH SCHOOL TRACK & FIELD: Lady Bears place fifth, Bears seventh at Greenwood All-Comers Meet

BOWLING GREEN - Both Butler County High School track and field teams fared well in the Greenwood All-Comers Meet on Thursday. The Lady Bears placed fifth while the Bears finished seventh in the Greenwood All-Comers Meet.

The Greenwood girls' and boys' track and field teams swept the meet titles.

Top 10 finishers for the Butler County girls' track and field team were Kierra Neighbors (1st, 300 Meter Hurdles), Hannah Whittinghill (6th, 100 Meter Dash; 4th, 200 Meter Dash; 3rd, 400 Meter Dash), Hannah Logan (8th, 800 Meter Run; 8th, 1600 Meter Run), Raeleigh Parrish (4th, 100 Meter Hurdles), the 4x100 Meter Relay Team (8th), the 4x200 Meter Relay Team (8th), the 4x400 Meter Relay Team (2nd), Mattie McKinney (9th, High Jump), Victoria Vitek (8th, Triple Jump) and Paige Alford (3rd, Discus; 10th, Shot Put).

Top 10 finishers for the Butler County boys' track and field team were Cortez Cook (3rd, 400 Meter Dash), Bryar Beasley (6th, 800 Meter Run), Cody Perry (7th, 3200 Meter Run), Trenton Stovall (4th, 110 Meter Hurdles; 5th, 300 Meter Hurdles), Dawson Carroll (8th, 110 Meter Hurdles; 7th, 300 Meter Hurdles), the 4x100 Meter Relay Team (10th), the 4x400 Meter Relay Team (3rd), Daltyn Havens (5th, High Jump) and Jacody Hope (3rd, Long Jump; 7th, Triple Jump).
