BCHS runners slated to compete in Class 2A, Region 2 Meet

MORGANTOWN - Butler County cross country runners are slated to compete in the Class 2A, Region 2 Meet in Bardstown on Saturday, Oct. 24.

Thomas Nelson High School is set to host the Class 2A, Region 2 Meet.

Both Butler County High School cross country programs (Boys and Girls) are poised to vie for a region title.

Along with Butler County and host Bardstown, Allen County-Scottsville, Breckinridge County, Elizabethtown, Franklin-Simpson, Glasgow, Hart County, John Hardin, LaRue County, Marion County, Nelson County, Owensboro, Taylor County, Thomas Nelson, Warren Central and Warren East cross country teams are registered for the region meet in Bardstown.

The Class 2A, Region 2 Girls' Cross Country Meet is scheduled to start at 1:15 p.m.

The Class 2A, Region 2 Boys' Cross Country Meet is scheduled to start at 2 p.m.
