Hayride in the country
Sunday afternoon, October 28, Monticello Baptist Church had their annual fall festival. This year’s event was a hayride. Kids and adults alike gathered on two wagons for a brisk ride through the country to see some beautiful scenery.
Afterwards, they returned to the church, where they gathered in the basement to thaw out with various soups, sandwiches and desserts. After eating, there were crafts for the kids. There were other games and outdoor marshmallow roasting. There was a very good turnout and all in attendance had a great time.
