Was very upset that adults running the pageant last night didn't think about the girls in their dresses and it being so hot. Girls was passing out from the heat. Optional rain location was the high school. I think the excessive heat was worse than the rain. I see no logical reason to not have moved pageant to the school. Also, there was $1000 dresses being dragged across concrete.
