Employees of Morgantown Utilities worked Tuesday afternoon on South Tyler Street to perhaps finally repair a water leak that has eluded the best efforts of workers and sensitive detection equipment.

On frigid mornings a thin layer of ice would form near the top of the rear drive leading to El Rodeo Restaurant. “This time we found a leak, fixed it, and hope this takes care of the problem,” said Randall Gaskey, Morgantown Utilities superintendent.
