GRAND OPENING: Woodbury RV Park and Campground
One of the county's newest projects was unveiled on Saturday, June 3, with the grand opening of the Woodbury RV Park and Campground.
Elected officials were present and welcomed over 300 people who attended the event, which included a free meal with grilled meat and all the trimmings. The cooks were Wally Carroll and Ron Glass.
The RV Park features 14 spots with water and electric hookups. The facility also includes bathrooms, showers and a pavilion.
Roger Moore at Five Seasons donated decorations and centerpieces. Jarrod Evans of Hometown Trophy provided signs and door prizes; Troy Dunn provided drinks
Kentucky Christian Recovery assisted with the event as well. Music was provided by Music with Murphy students, as well as Lydia (Murphy) Jenkins.
