The Grand Jury returned the following indictments on May 16th and set arraignments for June 13th.

Charges:  Possession of controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia – buy/possess, possession of marijuana, fleeing or evading police in the first degree (on foot), wanton endangerment in the first degree (police officer), improper equipment, criminal mischief in the first degree, and criminal mischief in the third degree.

Charges:  TBUT or disp all others $10,000 > $1,000,000 and criminal trespass in the third degree.

 

Name:  Derek L. Cardwell

Charges:  TBUT or disp all others $10,000 > $1,000,000 and criminal trespass in the third degree.

Charges:  Possession of controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia – buy/possess, and possession of marijuana.

Charges:  Theft by unlawful taking auto - $1,000.00 or more but u/$10,000, theft-receipt of stolen credit/debit card, and fraudulent use of credit card after report lost/stolen less <$500.

 

Name: Eric T. Sneed

DOB:  11/11/87

Address:  1118 Lewis Ave. Bowling Green, KY 42101

Charges:  Theft by deception – include cold checks - $1,000 < $10,000.

 

Name:  Tiffany Turner

DOB:  09/03/86

Address:  43 Mitchell Dr. Morgantown, KY 42261

Charges:  Receiving stolen property (firearm), possession of controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine) – firearm enhanced, drug paraphernalia – buy/possess – firearm enhanced, and possession of controlled substance in the first degree – firearm enhanced.

 

Charges filed against the defendants are subject to change or dismissal by the state. The indictment against a person by a grand jury is an accusation only, and that person is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
