The Butler County Grand Jury returned indictments on 17 individuals on October 18, 2011.  Charges include rape, sodomy, incest, drugs, assault and burglary. 

Patricia McKinney (DOB 8/4/60) of 2769 Beaver Dam Road, Morgantown, is charged with two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree when she knowingly and unlawfully sold, transferred, or distributed a controlled substance that is classified in Schedules I or II which is a narcotic drug to a confidential informant. Lance Hibbard (DOB 2/5/73) of 4306 Russellville Road, Morgantown, Kentucky, is charged with 24 total counts including: use of minor under 16 in a sex performance, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual activities, three counts of rape in the first degree, four counts of sodomy in the first degree, unlawful transaction with a minor in the first degree, persistent felony offender in the second degree, distribution of obscene matter to minors, seven counts of incest, distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, terroristic threatening third degree, wanton endangerment in the first degree, and unlawful imprisonment in the first degree.
