It’s pecan fundraising time for the Butler County Homemakers! Homemakers are taking orders for the FRESH 2019 crop of Schermer pecans, either pieces, halves or chocolate halves, through October 30th. These are fresh pecans (2019 crop) and the Homemakers will be getting delivery of the first group picked. While we ‘usually’ have extra bags to sell upon arrival, extras go fast! DON’T WAIT – Place your order today to guarantee you get the fresh pecans you need for your baking or holiday stocking stuffers!
Pecans halves and pieces are being sold for $10.00 per pound, with chocolate covered halves being sold for $10.50 per 12 oz bag.
The funds raised from this project is used to provide two educational scholarships each year.
Contact any of the following club members or the Extension Office to place an order: Dianne Kessinger (526-5531), Sherry Johnson (999-2004), Barbara Gabbard (999-3098), Mary Joe Franklin (791-1556), Charlene Cook (526-6466), Lenny Havens (526-6263), Sherry Morris (999-1153), Butler County Extension Office (526-3767), or any Homemaker you know.
Again, these are fresh 2019 pecans!
