Gala on the Green 2019
The Morgantown-Butler County Chamber of Commerce held their Annual Gala on the Green, Saturday, October 12th at the Southerland Farm Weddings and Events. Chamber President Deanna Embry welcomed everyone. Colton Givens gave the invocation.
Greg Drake presented Certificates of Completetion to Colton Givens, Garrett Hampton, Andrea Hunt, and Kay Romans for the 2019 Leadership Class.
Outstanding Youth Achievement award was presented by Dustin Embry to Don Elmore.
Outstanding Community Volunteer was presented by Karen Lain to Don Lindsey
Outstanding Non-Profit/Civic Group was presented by Amber Smith to Head Start
Outstanding Agricultural Related Business was presented by Andrea Hunt to Angela and Ryan Emmick of Struttin’ Rooster Farm
Outstanding Small Business was presented by Laurie Keen to Bratcher & Co Floral & Gifts
Outstanding Community Improvement was presented by Butler County Judge Executive Tim Flener to Butler County Cooperative Extension Office
Outstanding Community Leader was presented by Chamber President Deanna Embry to Melissa Glass
Outstanding Large Business was presented by Dana Phelps to Morgantown Bank & Trust
Outstanding Industrial Business was presented by Morgantown Police Chief Giles Taylor to Blackhawk Composites Inc. ( not present)
Outgoing Board Member was presented by Mayor Billy Phelps to Deanna Embry
