The Butler County Grand Jury returned indictments against 26 individuals.  Arraignment for the individuals listed below has been set for May 8, 2012 at 10:00am.  Charges included theft, wanton endangerment, assault, unlawful transaction with a minor, and drugs.

Former Butler County School bus driver Sandra Ford, (DOB 11/14/57) of 255 Mudd Creek Road, Morgantown, was indicted on one count of operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol, (aggravated circumstances) when she was operating a school bus while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. She was also charged with 59 (fifty nine) counts of wanton endangerment in the first degree, when she wantonly engaged in conduct which created a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to the minor student in her care. Ford’s bond was set at $10,000 cash.

Five individuals: Justin Snodgrass (DOB 7/21/89), Michael Todd Williams (DOB 4/6/78), Jeremiah L. Howard (DOB 5/11/83), Cody Lloyd (DOB 4/23/90), and Earl Dotson (DOB 5/30/82) were indicted on one count each of assault in the fourth degree when they intentionally or wantonly caused physical injury to Shane Williams.  They were also indicted on one count each of unlawful imprisonment in the second degree when they knowingly and unlawfully restrained Shane Williams while he was in custody at the Butler County Jail. Tabitha Boswell (DOB 7/7/85) of 792 Press Clark Road, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charge: obtaining welfare benefits by fraud. Bond: $5,000 cash Witness: Keith Martin, Officer of the Inspector General.

Cassandra Mallory (DOB 8/20/89) of 2406 Sailing Circle, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charge: obtaining welfare benefits by fraud. Bond: $10,000 cash Witness: Keith Martin, Officer of the Inspector General.

David Camacho (DOB 8/19/17) of 2949 Love Lee Road, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charge: flagrant non support. Bond: $3,000 cash. Witness: Butler County Child Support Office.

Christopher Embry (DOB 5/2/80) of 204 North Warren, Apt. 5, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charge: flagrant non support. Bond: $5,000 cash. Witness: Butler County Child Support Office.

Richard Harrison Ford (DOB 10/1/73) of 1338 Old Barren River Road, Bowling Green, was indicted on receiving stolen property less than $10,000. Bond: $10,000 cash. Witness: Tpr. Larry Davis Kentucky State Police.

Van A. Washer (DOB 6/5/79) of 875 Richelieu Road, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charges: theft by unlawful taking over $500 and persistent felony offender in the first degree. Bond: $10,000 cash. Witness: Deputy Heath West, BCSD

Luke Childers (DOB 12/16/83) of 8189 Leonard Oak Road, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charges: receiving stolen property less than $10,000, persistent felony offender in the first degree, and criminal trespassing in the second degree.  Bond: $10,000 cash  Witness: Deputy Heath West, BCSD

Robert Wilson (DOB 5/10/70) of 3416 Brownsville Road, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charges: trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, and persistent felony offender in the first degree.  Bond: $25,000 cash Witness: Tpr. Brian McKinney

David J. Carr (DOB 3/23/67) of 37 Cory Lane, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charges: unlawful transaction with a minor in the second degree and persistent felony offender in the first degree.  Bond: $25,000 cash. Witness: Deputy Chris Reneer, BCSD

Charles Carter (DOB 7/23/59) of 169 Caneyville Road, Roundhill, was indicted on the following charges: possession of marijuana less than eight ounces, firearm enhanced and possession of drug paraphernalia, firearm enhanced.  Bond: $5,000 cash Witness: Tpr. Chad Smith, KSP

Deborah Riggle (DOB 7/16/62) of 2849 Brooklyn Road, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charges: forgery in the second degree and possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. Bond: $5,000 cash Witness: Deputy Heath West, BCSD

Melissa Hill (DOB 7/24/83) of 1945 Wiltshire St. Apt D, Bowling Green, was indicted on the following charges: trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and prescription for controlled substance not in original container. Jami Edwards (DOB 10/6/70) of 619 Al Embry Road, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charges: manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, possession of anhydrous ammonia in unapproved container with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, and arson in the second degree.  Bond: $10,000 cash No witness listed.

Mark Chute (DOB 10/17/69) of 619 Al Embry Road, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charges: manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, possession of anhydrous ammonia in unapproved container with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, persistent felony offender in the first degree, and arson in the second degree.  Bond: $25,000 cash No witness listed.

Glen Berryman (DOB 11/4/67) no address listed, was indicted on the following charges: trafficking in marijuana less than eight ounces, firearm enhanced, possession of marijuana less than eight ounces, firearm enhanced, no/expired Kentucky registration plates, and possession of drug paraphernalia, firearm enhanced.  On Bond, Witness: Tpr. Phillip Deweese (DOB 4/22/50) of 3416 Brownsville Road, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charges: unlawful possession of a methamphetamine precursor, trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession/use of radio that sends or receives police messages, possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and prescription for controlled substance not in original container.  Bond: $7,500 cash Witness: Tpr. Linda Long (DOB 10/3/62) of 3416 Brownsville Road, Morgantown, was indicted on the following charges: trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, rear license not illuminated, failure of owner to maintain requested insurance, persistent felony offender in the first degree, and possession of controlled substance in the first degree.
